Accommodation Cancellation Policies
All Cancellations and changes are to be made in writing through the NSA Conference Secretariat only at [email protected]
Vibe Hotel Darwin Waterfront & the Adina Apartment Hotel Darwin Waterfront
- Any cancellations 46 days prior to arrival or more: No cancellation fees occur.
- 45 days - 31 days prior to arrival: Any cancellations are subject to 100% of the one (1) night's accommodation charge for each booking cancelled.
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: entire cancellations of individual bookings are subject to entire accommodation charge for each booking cancelled.
- No Shows: No Shows are subject to entire accommodation charge for each booking cancelled.
Mantra Pandanas Darwin & Mantra on the Esplanade
- Any cancellations 91 days prior to arrival or more: No cancellation fees occur.
- 30 days - 15 days prior to arrival: If the booking is for three (3) nights or less; one (1) night fee will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room *or* If the booking is for four (4) nights or more; two (2) nights fee will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of accommodation will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room.
- No Shows: No Show Guests are charged 100% cancellation fee for each no show accommodation room.
Hilton Darwin
- Any cancellations 31 days prior to arrival or more: No penalty fees occur.
- 30 days - 15 days prior to arrival: To cancel your confirmed booking, one (1) night penalty fee applies for every full cancellation; To modify your confirmed booking, a penalty based on 50% of the night rate will be charged in case of room nights reduction.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival or No Show: Any cancellation and/or reduction in room nights will be classed as cancelled room night/s and will incur a charge equal to 100% of the full stay.
